MEDITATIVE EXERCISE or MEDITATION IN MOTION

Qi gong (pronounced chee-gong) is a centuries old exercise that combines slow graceful motion with relaxed breathing and mindful intent that allows you to be in the moment with your body. It is meditative motion that leaves you feeling centered and balanced.

 

These gentle movements nourish and move energy along pathways in the body. Benefits include improved circulation and digestion. Strength and mobility gains are noticed in just a few weeks. Enhanced immunity, sleep and mental clarity occur. The spinal motion of qi gong decreases muscle tension improving neck and back pain.

 

No matter your age or physical ability, practicing qi gong creates an internal balance that will flow into the activities of your day-to-day life.
